From the start of the bidding process, the folks at Rayze Roofing were able to answer my questions fully and alleviate my concerns about the work to be performed.
Joe, Melissa, and their team put a lot of hard work into this project.  He and his crew were working in and under “less than favorable weather conditions” under a constant barrage of spring time “pop up” showers and rain storms.  They worked safely and effectively to replace bad fascia, bad sub-roof, and rafters to bring this old house back up to par.  Thankfully, it was completed within budget and on time with no Change Orders. It was nice to see the quality of work performed and shows that Joe takes pride in his work.
